In accordance with the Local Government Act 1993, notice is hereby given that the Bogan Shire Council has approved to suspend the alcohol-free zone temporarily for a section of Pangee Street, Nyngan from 12:00pm on Saturday 28 September 2024 until 11:59pm on Saturday 28 September 2024.
A map of the area for which the suspended area applies is available for viewing at Council offices located at 81 Cobar Street, Nyngan.
